Solution Activiting your SPAM filtering option is easily done through OWA (outlook web access). Refered to your customer specification sheet for the login address to your OWA.

Enable your SPAM filtering:

Log into your mailbox --> Options (top right of page) --> Junk E-mail (middle of left pane) --> Check Automatically filter Junk e-mail. This will carry over to Outlook as well.
